ArcOne 4000V-1171 Shade Master Fighting Tiger Welding Helmet is an auto-darkening welding helmet. Select from five different auto-darkening welding filters with the highest level of UV/IR protection up to 16. Solar powered so there are never any batteries to change. Helmets provide complete head, neck, and ear coverage. Both come with front loaded polycarbonate replacement and perma-lok ratchet headgear that locks in place for a precise, comfortable fit. Helmets are constructed of flame retardant nylon. Unique design channels fumes away from welders. Perfect for all welding applications. Enough room for a respirator. This helmet features a light state of 4, and a dark state of 9 - 13. There is a fixed sensitivity control and a viewing area of 5.2 square inches. The TIG rating Amps is 5, and there are three independent sensors on this helmet.

its a good welding helmet but after doing overhead stick welding a few hrs and a few days worth of mig welding it had messed up the clear lense bad enough for my helmet to not darken during the tig welding process. i was a lil upset about this... the fact that a 2 pack of clear lenses ran me 8.50 didnt help.. expensive lenses but a good helmet. if you dont mind paying a little more for the clear lenses then id recommend it. its just as good as any miller or tweco helmet. the auto sensors are just a little weak lol but still works very well!
i bought this helmet for work. it works very well ,the grind feature is a nice feature as is having three sensors to make it auto darken when one of the others is blocked and it is very slim. a
