I bought this to use with my plasma torch. The shade is just right for that. I thought I would need the flip front so I could flip it up to see better. I found that I'm leaving it down most of the time while I'm making machine adjustments or grabbing a hammer, the shade is that light. (which is perfect) The plasma arc was just bothering my eyes a little, and wanted something to remedy that. This product foot the bill perfectly, and Amazon always has great prices.
This is a great product at a very reasonable price. Flip up works great and they are comfortable to wear. Shipping was free and arrived in perfect condition.
