Customer Reviews
I have been using this welding helmet in school for mig welding for a few weeks now. Everyday when I do my first weld, I get a bright white flash in my eyes after looking at the arc. Similar to a camera flash in my eyes. The brightness kind of blinds me for a few moments, and I can't weld again till the bright white light in my eyes goes away. It's almost like just wearing sunglasses. It doesn't seem to be working for me really at all. I have the sensitivity and the shade all the way up. No one else that has tried my helmet has had this bright light eye problem, so I am wondering if its just me. So all in all, it is a very esthetically pleasing helmet on the outside, very comfortable when wearing and doesn't fall down when I push it up to see my welds, but since it doesn't work like it should, and I can't see when I am doing my welds, I am not a fan of it. I may be doing some damage to my eyes if I continue to use this helmet.
This is a very pretty helmet indeed . but it is very annoying I spent most of the time adjusting and readjusting it. you have to manually turn it on before welding the headband is not very comfortable at all the sizing could could use improving other than the colors it wasnt made especially for a woman... I should have just bought another miller helmet like i had before it was awesome no problems .. well thats what I for choosing the pretty one . I guess you cant have your cake and eat it too.
